We got some snow today.

Mary Lou gave sent this snow globe for the boys and they love it! We could hardly get them to come back into the house. Christmas time is here and for Maicah it seems to be the most exciting time ever.

As we celebrate one of the least corrupted and one of the most important holidays of the year, let us remember why the attitude of thanksgiving is so important: it is essential for joy in life. It is no wonder why the ingrate is always unhappy. Joy is the natural product of gratitude and contentment. And, gratitude can only exist with the acknowledgment that what you have is made possible by a power beyond yourself. So let's thank God and trust in His Providence not only on Thanksgiving, but throughout the year as well. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!

The boys played hard today at two neighboring pumpkin patches in Flower Mound. They had lots of fun. Maicah made friends with a pony, Caleb terrorized small animals, and they both explored the farm on a hay ride.

I've started school finally and it's been going fullspeed since day 1. My first exam is this monday in advanced pharmacology and God willing it will go well. My time is consumed with schoolwork so I have not had much time to post pictures and email as much as I would like. I am ,however, going to try and do some rearranging on the site as I add more to it.

Danica wasted no time in making new friends. She has started her MOPS meetings, playdates, and mom's night out routines. The boys are adjusting fine and have found some new friends in the neighborhood they enjoy playing with. I have posted some pictures of the kids at S Padre Island last month when we were visiting my parents. More are forthcoming.

We are pretty much settled into our new place. Our neighbors are unbelievably nice and we have spoken more ofter to them in the last 2 weeks than we did with the neighbors that we had for 7yrs. It's a little warm but not too bad. I just finished placing epoxy onto the garage floor and those are the only pics I have for now, but more are forthcoming.
