Maicah is now beginning to look through some of his picture books while he's on the can. He really enjoys reading his bathroom literature.

Maicah has recently discovered the miracle of popcorn, and Caleb is now able to push himself off the ground for several minutes at a time. No crawling yet.

I traveled to Chicago this past weekend to see my brother graduate boot camp. Now he's off to Corpsman "A" School at NTC until October. After that he will be going to Field Medical Service School in either Camp Lejune or Camp Pendleton. He's following in my footsteps. Bravo Zulu, bro! Hoorah!

Holocaust Memorial

On May 22nd Danica and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary, which coincidentally was the day after Jess and Mitch's wedding. We spent the day in Napa Valley enjoying the vineyards and touring the wineries. We had a great time last weekend in San Francisco.

I had the priviledge of being part of one of the most important days of one of my best friend's life. The entire wedding was fantastic! It was momentous start to what I expect will be a lifelong romance. My dear friends, I pray that God would bless your marriage and your future together. Live long and be well!!!

Maicah has learned how to use his CD player and distinguish the differences between CDs in his collection. Here he is in a careful and serious display of his newly aquired skills.
